How to Book a Picnic Site

Step 1: Create an Account (New Users) or Sign In to get started
Step 2: Click “New Booking" found in the drop down menu above
Step 3: Fill out your Event Information
Step 4: Enter Booking Date, Time, Location, Attendance
Step 5: Edit or Add more dates and locations to your Booking Details
Step 6: Confirm your Booking Details
Step 7: Pay for your Picnic Booking Online

APC Special Event Staff will review your booking and issue a Park Permit.

All bookings are non-refundable Picnic Sites are available May - October from 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Non-Bookable or Limited Booking Dates
Picnic Sites may be first-come first service, please review reservation signs onsite
May 22, 2023 - Victoria Day (no bookings)
June 24, 2023 -  Indigenous Peoples Day Celebration (limited booking)
July 1, 2023 - Canada Day Celebration (no bookings)
August 7, 2023 - Terry Fox Day (no bookings)
September 4, 2023 - Labour Day (no bookings)
